ARDX also sponsors two internship programs annually.  The Responsible Individuals Seeking Excellence (RISE) internship is an unpaid internship credit for post-graduate students who receive credit for working with ARDX. The Smart Teens Accepting Responsibility Today (START) internship is a part-time paid summer internship program for rising high school seniors in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
